After roughing out the film and cleaning some shots as we went along, Ellie and I went back and began clean up animation. The process was very straightforward, lining and colouring shots in sequence. As deadline approached however, Ellie and I thought it was best to focus on getting all of the film lined before colouring and shading. Ellie and I agreed that I would continue working on animation while she composited the film in Adobe After Effects. Because of this I was cleaning a lot of the shots Ellie had roughed, which went very well as I was working from a good base. Over Easter break all of the line art was finished and I moved onto colour which was done during Revisions week. I am very happy with how the animation looks now and am very proud of ourselves for being able to get the film fully coloured in time for deadline.
