For my first attempt I tried to make a paper dress for a doll. I used my own patterned paper to add my own touch. I found making this dress really awkward as it sat really weird on the doll and just didn’t fit well. I spent more time trying to make it fit than I did designing it.

After finding the paper dress on the doll really difficult I decided to make a collection of origami dresses using my own patterns, patterns around my home and a map with with contour lines. I then used an app that made these patterns more ‘psychedelic’ looking and added a bit of funkiness.

I am really glad with how these dresses turned out! I made 9 dresses in total.
