Own Character Design
When it comes to drawing characters, I usually just doodle stick figures at the corner of my page. So I decided to roll with that idea for this task. I came up with a character mainly made up of simple shapes and stick limbs. Add to give him some life, I decided to give him a hobby, Skateboarding. This opened up a whole new range of poses and helped to actually give the character appeal.
My character, Throckmorton, is a skater boy from sunny California. He’s rarely seen without his skateboard and signature backwards cap Even more rarely actually wearing a shirt. His main goal in life is to skate in every part of the world and become a Pro Skater.
