This was a series of portraits I created of my partner in alternative means, I wanted to use lots of colour and expressive lines to add variety and make it more interesting. I used a mixture of coloured paper, watercolour coloured pens, highlighters and crayons. The portraits ranged from 10 minutes to 30, as I experimented more with colour combinations and blending the lines or letting them stand out.
