That part of the article details how the idea for the film came about as well as parts of the production and the aesthetic choices the film makes. One thing I learnt during my analysis of the article is the animation company behind The Little Grey Wolf Will Come is Soyuzmultfilm, a company that also made the Russian Winnie the Pooh cartoons and Cheburashka. You can see the variety of animation techniques not just through those 2, but in Tale of Tales itself. The episodes of the film are bookended through the appearance of the wolf who is consistent in his design, but is shown peering into and observing these different worlds, giving the film a connective tissue.
