We were asked to create a mood board using a chosen colour scheme and photographs of our own clothing or fabrics. My theme consisted mainly of the colours lilac and white, cherubs and clouds which is representative of my own personal style. I arranged some of my clothes together such as jackets and cardigans which were lilac in colour and also some other objects that tied in with my theme. This included some cloud LED lights, a white ceramic cherub, a lilac perfume bottle, and a grey teacup. I also included a picture of my tattoo; a cherub sleeping on a cloud. I like how this made my project more personal and representative of me. I took photographs of some left over acrylic paint and paint water I had used for another project as the colours happened to link in with my theme and colour scheme and I think this made my mood board look more interesting. I have also included three pictures that I didn’t take myself, but found online to add to the lilac aesthetic. These included pictures of cherubs, clouds and some lilac flowers. I really enjoyed this project and am looking forward to develop my ideas further.
