Personal Brand Guidelines
I am pleased with my final outcome of my brand guidelines as I really struggled with mental block with sections of my brand, like the monogram and word mark. I feel I have created a consistent look throughout the brand and all aspects link back to my values. I think that the guidelines show what I can provide as a designer well. While my design process to get to this final outcome was a bit hectic, I feel it was very beneficial as it allowed me to explore multiple options and make sure I am happy with the final outcome. To improve, I would have tried to create more visual applications and perhaps consider imagery options as at this point I wasn’t sure which types would best suit my brand yet. I am pleased that the value of positivity is included in almost all the design aspects as this is the one values I feel is the most important as it is an attitude that I try to bring to all aspects of my work.
