final infographic

I am pleased with the overall outcome of my infographic as I feel my colour choices work well and link back to the topic I picked. I did challenge myself with the amount of illustrations and I feel for the majority of them they turned out quite well. Some of the edges could do with being more refined however, I think in the overall picture they still work. My sketches had a hand drawn feel to them so I chose the Londrina typeface as my display font as I felt it matched this well. A favourite typeface of mine is Montserrat Alternates and I feel it was a good choice to pair with the rest of my infographic. I do feel like I presented the information in an effective, visual way through different graphs, bars and images. However, I feel the bottom part of the infographic is maybe a bit too text heavy, but I struggled to come up with ways to present it in a more visual way. Perhaps I could have rearranged the layout of the infographic, but I feel the rest of the layout worked the best the way it was. I feel like I did create an effective infographic which would inform people about the real problem that is Period Poverty.
