I found these drawings to be so difficult!! I’m not particularly sure why though! Working with the inks from light to dark was hard because I have a tendency, and I was indeed tempted during the process, to make the image as bold and dark as possible. I like dramatic colours and drawings so going soft was a little bit of a challenge. I’m not all that happy with either of the two though the ink one is by far my favourite!! I’m not quite sure what happened in the colour one! I think a huge mistake I always make is to focus on colour instead of technical ability and that is something I really must work on!
