Colourful Landscapes

 

 

 

 

I really enjoyed doing these as it brought a sense of freedom to my work. I felt at if I could use my own style to create the busy atmosphere of the city. I am really proud of my charcoal drawings as the composition of them I feel is very effective. It creates a sense of zooming in and focusing on one part of the city. For my coloured drawings I used water based markers , this showed that I could use the markers like a watercolour dragging it across the page. I loved doing this as it blended colours creating vibrancy and texture to the piece.
