Having given the challenge of creating an app that holds various features that helps to encourage users to go outside was honestly quite difficult at the beginning. Wanting to find an and explore my mind for ideas that proved to be unique or have a distinct focus was challenging throughout, however having to take note throughout researching proved to be helpful especially placing my thoughts into a spider diagram written on paper.
I began configuring my idea through the advice of separating each category and factor that helps generate our ideas and these three main factors were
ACTIVITY, FREQUENCY, DELIVERY PLATFROM
Each particular area allowed me to focus on the particular goal of my app, which ultimately became something I would enjoy and various people in a similar situation could too. This resulted in making further decisions on my apps goals and who I was aiming to target and market it towards, as a result I was pushed to stay on theme and try to cater to creative people who may be stuck in their headspace and also work space, offering them a fun and interesting take on an area of art which can be used by professionals or beginners aiming to get out of the house and try something new
An interesting approach I first took was creating the name of the app which is a name I created quite recently for a different project idea but became unused. It incorporated my name and the word INCLUSION which I found fitting as the meaning of inclusion is simply known as the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure so blending the two together allowed the moral and value of the app to be known even from the name.
INCLIOUSION – an app that allows professional or beginner creatives alike access to helpful camera resources and a shared community page to allow those to come together and share their tips and tricks and create challenges for various users to enter
Figma Design of my app incliousion
Overall, I wanted incliousion to share features for all content creators or artists to have access to, to help produce higher quality photos or unlock particular editing tools through active and physical city walk challenges to ensure their fitness levels increase and be motivated to gain fun and useful rewards as a result.
