Reflection –
Zubat was one of the models I was looking forward to creating as I’ve always been a fan of the Pokemon Games, and this model really tested my knowledge of Blender as I had to use multiple modeling techiques to create this final model.
One of the toughests parts of the model I found was creating the wings as well as appealing to separate textures to either side of the wings due to it being a separate object that I then joined to the main wings which were created using a Path Mesh.
I also decided to add some uniquiness to the model by adding in a custom Toon Shader as well as using the Grease Pencil tool to create an outline to the model to give it that sort of Cartoon like design.
