Storyboard
This is the storyboard I created for our idea using Procreate and Premiere Rush. It showcases a first-person view of someone walking down the museum corridor and eventually ended up in front of the dresses. Each of the dresses then come to life in their own scene and the rest of the video is transitions between the museum and scenes. The dresses will ‘come to life’ in their own scenes but then go back to static clothing when it’s a museum shot.
Images used
As the storyboard was just being created to help us plan our idea and the transitions better, I just used google images of 1920s style dresses on mannequins which I could trace quickly for placement in the scene.

Feedback on Storyboard
We got good feedback on our initial storyboard, with a few questions asked for us to keep in mind for the production, such as making sure we were deciding between using mannequins and characters and how the shots were going to merge together.
This confusion was my fault as I didn’t draw the dresses in the scenes without being on a mannequin, so I just recreated the scene images below how we envision them in our final animation as if the dresses are the characters. We are also debating at this stage if we should pull the camera back out to the museum scene between each character scene, as it might look stagnant and unnecessary, and we could possibly smoothly transition between each character scene to keep the momentum going.
