UNESCO Centre Team Edits New Book on Internally Displaced Persons

A new book edited by UNESCO Chair in Education at the UNESCO Centre in the University of Ulster, Professor Alan Smith, and UNESCO Centre Research Associate Christine Smith Ellison, was released in November.
