What does their software do?

Helps those who work in healthcare- EG if someone calls 999 the ambulance comes. Data is then logged in software that ESO develop and log hospital duration and what medicines/ services were used and then use this data to see how emergency services can improve.

ESO software improves fire services EG day to day running, helping them run more efficiently, log staff activities and any emergency calls and what they need to improve or what they need to stalk their vehicles with etc to ultimately improve the safety of these services.

Data collecting and analysis software to help communities emergency services to provide the best healthcare.

What do the design team do?

The design team prioritise making their software large as well as easy to read and use. It is very concise, clear information so emergency personnel can quickly read/enter data even if they’re wearing gloves etc. very simple clear layout as it is used in high pressure situations- idea is to not overwhelm the staff anymore than needed. Their goal is to make the emergency services job as easy as they possibly can.
