IXD103 Wk8:- Etsy Interface Inventory

I created a interface inventory for Esty.

When Etsy is opened this is what the user first sees.

A search bar is available at the top so that users can easily search for products and find what they want. It is big and clear enough to be seen and noticed by the user.

There is also a sign in button to the right hand side of the top of the webpage, so that users with an account can easily sign in.

Once the sign in button has been selected it opens a sign in page.

The sign in page opens up and provides the user with many different sign in options. There is also a register button available for those without an account.

Beside the sign in button, there is a basket option so that shoppers can keep all their selected items in one are and easily view them when necessary.

There is an option for the user to customise their search by limiting the results. They can select if there is a certain detail that they want their item to have, whether its related to the item itself or delivery.

While searching for items thereĀ  are also interactive buttons which allows the user to view the next page of items. they can even select a certain page that they may want to visit e.g. page 7.

Once you have selected the product that you want, depending on what it is there may be an option for the buyer to customise their item.

After customisation the item can be added to basket where it will be stored until the buyer is ready to pay.

If there is a problem with the item, there’s an option to contact the seller.

At the end of the webpage there are also a lot of interactive features.

There is an option for the user to down load the actual Esty app for easier access, under that option there is a series of buttons for different social media accounts that are associated to Esty.

There is also a section that explains what Esty is to people that may not know

The explanation section includes a button to go to a help page where Esty is explained more and different types of help is offered

I noticed that on the Etsy web page there are a lot of features that and sections that try to get you to click on something or view something.
