What did I learn?

I really enjoyed this session with Paul as he took us through all the gritty and fun aspects of illustration in UI. We got to see plenty of different illustration types from hand drawn to simple geometric vectors which I personally prefer doing. Looking at some of the example applications Paul showed us combined with the alternative elements that can be added to it. I now have gained inspiration and a good idea to know what I want my app to consist of and what kind of artistic style I want it to be. I am now confident about my decisions and I will be now digitising  them.
